ABC Inclusive Yoga
Approachable, Body-Positive, Culturally diverse Inclusive Yoga
This is a donation-based class in a designated safe(r) space that cultivates an atmosphere of non-judgment and acceptance, allowing participants to identify in ways meaningful to them in both their practice and as part of the community. This class is appropriate for all levels, including beginners. This class may have a variety of teachers and styles but is always taught in the spirit of inclusivity. Find balance while exploring the chakras, feel energized after chanting, or relax on cloud of comfort and ease during an iRest meditation. Join us for the next meditation destination.
Join our fun-loving yoga community every Wednesday from 3:45p to 4:45p for a gentle slow flow. Each class will include stretching, breath awareness, yoga postures and relaxation. No previous yoga experience required.
Pay What You Can
We understand that yoga can be cost prohibitive and that work, budget and life changes from season to season. The current rates may feel inaccessible and we want to meet you where you are.
We offer our 10 class pass and unlimited monthly membership as a pay what you can pass.
